toutMessages is a unified inbox that lets authorized support agents view and respond to customer messages and comments across connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, X, TikTok, LinkedIn), monitor public mentions, and publish content to connected channels where supported.

2. Accounts & Access

Access to the Service is limited to authorized agents and administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates a connected platform's terms of service or applicable law.
• You will not use the Service to circumvent a platform's messaging policies, including session-window or template requirements.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service relies on APIs provided by third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, and others. Your use of the Service is also subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that affect the Service's functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by toutMessages or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toutMessages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
